Terms of Services
This agreement is designed to be clear and understandable for both users and legal authorities. We use plain language to ensure clarity for all parties. While we use the masculine pronoun when referring to a user, this includes all genders.
This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Zeo LLC ("PixelSERP," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual or entity you represent ("Customer," "you," or "your"). This Agreement outlines the legally binding terms for your use of the PixelSERP website and SERP API services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, including visiting the PixelSERP website or using our API, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. Business Model and Charging Model
PixelSERP operates on a subscription-based model for our SERP API services. Charges are based on the number of API requests or queries you make. Pricing varies depending on the volume of requests and the plan you choose. For detailed pricing information, please visit our website. We accept credit card payments, and all transactions are secured by SSL encryption to protect your financial information.
2. Trial Period and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial of our Services. Any attempt at reverse engineering or discovering trade secrets will be recorded and may be used for litigation. We offer a 14-day refund policy for paid subscriptions. To request a refund, email refund@pixelserp.com within 14 days of your payment.
3. Data Accuracy and Technical Issues
Search engines may change their algorithms or data display methods, which could affect the accuracy of our SERP data. PixelSERP is not responsible for actions you take based on this information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific commercial results from using our API.
4. Changes to the Services
We may make changes to our Services at any time. While we strive to notify users of significant changes, we do not guarantee notification for every modification.
5. Responsibility and Liability
PixelSERP is not liable for any user activity that may result in penalties from search engines. We do not take responsibility for how you use our API or any consequences of your actions based on our data. Refunds will not be issued if we discover attempts to misuse or breach our system.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by PixelSERP and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website or API, except as incidental to normal web browsing or API usage.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
PixelSERP is committed to protecting user privacy. We will only use your information to provide the Services and for purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and destroy all copies of any data obtained through our API.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
